The seaweed situation is a total buzzkill!!! A late lunch opening at 1 pm seems poorly timed!!! Messy buffet seating makes dining a guessing game—quite frustrating when searching for a table!!!

The food quality was disappointing, lacking variety and freshness. The beach area was not clean, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, several amenities were not functioning properly, such as the TV and door card system, leading to significant delays.

The huge pools were a hit with my three kids, especially the swim-up bar! Each night had something special, like magic shows and live music, keeping both kids and adults entertained. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

For dads, it would be great to have more organized family activities throughout the day.

great food but dinner reservations were frustrating

Breakfast impressed us with a wide variety and fresh options. The 24-hour restaurant provided much-needed late-night snacks. The Chinese restaurant exceeded our expectations with flavorful dishes.

We arrived late and could not make dinner reservations for that night, which made us uncomfortable.

This was a well-suited match for a weekend respite in Puerto Plata with high value for money. The service from Tony at the Mediterranean restaurant was outstanding and made our meals enjoyable. Consider checking if the wifi works better in other rooms before settling in.

The beach area was absolutely beautiful, with white sand and

clear blue waters that were perfect for swimming. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. However, some areas did seem to lack maintenance, especially around the pool area.

An Enjoyable Stay with Room for Improvement

We had a pleasant stay for 4 nights. The beach area offered ample chairs and beautiful views, but cleanliness could be better. While the buffet was impressive, the Mexican restaurant missed the mark. Don’t forget to check your room card before heading up!

The entertainment crew really made our vacation memorable. We loved the magic shows and the high-energy dance performances. The beach was perfect, and we never struggled to find chairs. Highly recommend trying the hibachi at Sakura for a blast!

The gym could use some attention. it was a bit dusty and some machines needed care.

I had a wonderful stay at Iberostar for work. The check-in process was efficient, and my room was exceptionally well-maintained. The staff was quick to fulfill requests and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the variety of food options. there was something delicious at every meal. The facilities, including the business center, were beneficial for my work-related needs, making my trip productive and enjoyable.

Some areas, like the fitness center, could use updates.

The buffet food was great I had the best time enjoying the beautiful beach and there were plenty of sun loungers, so relaxation was a breeze. The staff, especially Santo at the buffet, treated us like family, we felt so cared for!
